What is the jewelry made of?

Our jewelry is crafted using high-quality and durable materials such as Sterling Silver, 14k White Gold, 14k Yellow Gold, and 14k Red Gold. Our assortment also includes jewelry made of gilded silver. Most silver jewelry has a rhodium coating. White gold also has rhodium plating. An 18-month warranty covers all jewelry.

What is rhodium plating?

Rhodium is a precious metal of the platinum group, white in color, visually reminiscent of platinum and white gold, and one of the most expensive metals (several times more expensive than gold). The jewelry has only a thin layer of rhodium plating (typically thinner than a hair’s width). This coating makes the jewelry more durable and brighter.

Gilded silver jewelry, what is it?

Gilded jewelry is made of Sterling Silver and has a layer of gold plating. To clarify, gold plating or gilding refers to adding a thin layer of gold onto the surface of both metal and non-metal items. The thickness of the gilding on our jewelry is 0.8 microns. We use 14k Gold to apply the layer – the most optimal coating in terms of price and quality.

 

Do you sell charms without chains?

Yes, our store has a special category called “Charms”. All items in this category are for sale without a chain.

Typically, the “Pendants“ charms come with a non-removable chain.

Is it possible to replace the chain on the pendant with a different one?

Unfortunately, we cannot customize the jewelry shown in the photo for ordering. We cannot change any component of the item.. However, if you select an item from the “Charms” section, you can choose a chain from the available assortment

Can I buy one earring or a cuff?

No, all earrings and cuffs are sold in pairs. Exception: there are several models of single cuffs in the catalog.

 

Does the charm take off the chain if I buy a pendant?

In most models, the charm is not removed from the necklace. For more information on a specific model, please contact our team at support@minimaljewelry.com. We are always happy to assist.

Does the gift certificate have an expiration date?

Yes, gift certificates have an expiration date of 6 months from the date of issue. Each certificate contains a unique code that is used for its validity.

How do I find out the size of the jewelry on the website?

On the product page, you can find its characteristics on the right side of the photo. Click on “All characteristics” and find the “Size” item. How do I know what kind of inlay is in the jewelry?

You can find the product characteristics on the right of the photo on the product page. Click on “All characteristics” and find the “Inlay” tab. If you do not find this information, don’t hesitate to contact our 24-hour support at support@minimaljewelry.com, we will gladly assist you.

Do you offer jewelry with natural inlays?

Yes, the assortment includes jewelry with natural inlays. They include quartz, onyx, aventurine, malachite, mother-of-pearl, Swarovski stones, ulexite, topaz, and diamond.

Packaging

What are the packaging options?

Standard jewelry packaging is included with your purchase by default. It is a standard 5×5 cm cardboard box. This package does not contain a lodestone but a microfiber napkin and a chocolate bar. If your order consists of several pieces of jewelry, you need to specify at the checkout stage whether you want to pack the product in one box or several.

The purchase of gold jewelry comes with a square premium box with a tray, a paper bag, a chocolate bar, and a special napkin.

  • – additionally, you can purchase the following packaging: 
  • – square premium boxes of two types;
  • – long box for pendants and bracelets;  
  • – premium packaging for sets; 
  • – a charity box with the image of a palm made of thick cardboard with a liner;
  • – transparent plastic bag;

Placing an order

How can I pay for the order?

We offer you to pay for your order using one of the payment systems. The Stripe payment system supports payment by Visa and MasterCard and mobile payment systems Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before it is sent to the delivery service. Please note that to ensure fast delivery of your order, our team will transfer it to the delivery service promptly.

Can I change the delivery address on my order?

You can change the delivery address until it is submitted to the delivery service.

Can I place an order as a gift?

Of course, the website has the option to specify a different recipient for the gift. To use this option, you need to provide your own contact information followed by the recipient’s details.

What are the options for order delivery?

MINIMAL offers two shipping plans.

      Basic: FREE SHIPPING

Free shipping, delivery time – 14-28 business days.

      Fast shipping: FAST SHIPPING

The cost is $29; delivery time is 8-15 business days. Depending on the order amount an additional tax, which is not included in the price indicated on the website.

Order Status and Tracking

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. This tracking number can be used to monitor the progress of your shipment.

My order is delayed; when will I receive the order?

We do our best to ensure that your order arrives on time. If, for some reason, it is delayed, please contact us at support@minimaljewelry.com.

Returns and Exchanges

Can I exchange my jewelry?

There are several cases in which we can make an exchange. If the jewelry does not fit you in size, color, or design, we can replace it with another piece from our stock within 30 days of receiving the order.

At MINIMAL, you can exchange a piece of jewelry for another one with the same price. Additionally, you can select a jewelry item with a higher price and then pay the difference.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage.
  • Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box). No individual.
  • Item of a set can be returned for refund and must be returned as a complete set.

Can I return the ordered jewelry?

You can return a piece of jewelry if it is defective. For warranty issues, don’t hesitate to contact us at support@minimaljewelry.com. Please put “Return” in the subject line, describe the problem in the letter, indicate the order number and attach a photo of the damage. We will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

The cost of order delivery and taxes are not refundable.

Warranties

Is there a warranty for jewelry?

We provide a guarantee for jewelry that is valid for 18 months. The warranty covers any defects that were identified during the manufacture of jewelry. To make a claim, contact us, and we will work together to find a solution.

The warranty does not cover scratches or damage caused by the use of the jewelry (for example, a bent ring or broken chain). It also does not apply if there are signs of improper use or storage of the product. The warranty is not valid if unauthorized persons modify the product.

Is there a warranty for gold vermeil jewelry?

Gold vermeil jewelry is covered by the same warranty as silver jewelry. It does not apply to the plating layer because its abrasion is natural.
